Chers amis,
L'International Summer School 2026 s'est achevée après une semaine d'études, de rencontres et de dialogues, donnant un visage concret à la vocation internationale de Domuni Universitas.
Cinquante participants – professeurs, étudiants et membres du staff international – se sont retrouvés à Tours. Venus d'Irak, de Hong Kong, d'Afrique de l'Est et d'Afrique centrale, d'Argentine, d'Espagne, de Suisse, d'Allemagne, de Belgique, de Croatie, du Canada et des quatre coins de la France, ils ont partagé pendant quelques jours leurs recherches, leurs expériences, leurs cultures et, surtout, une véritable amitié.
Ils ont donné corps à ce qui fait la singularité de Domuni : une communauté universitaire ouverte à l'universel, catholique au sens premier du terme, où la diversité des cultures nourrit la recherche de la vérité.
L'écho de cette semaine s'est prolongé bien au-delà de Tours. Les conférences ont été suivies en direct par 542 personnes. Depuis leur mise en ligne, elles ont déjà rassemblé 14 516 visiteurs uniques, pour un total de 17 023 vues.
Je remercie chaleureusement les enseignants, les étudiants, les intervenants ainsi que toutes les équipes qui ont rendu cette International Summer School possible.

Dear Friends,
The International Summer School 2026 has come to a close after a week of study, encounters, and dialogue, giving tangible expression to the international vocation of Domuni Universitas.
Fifty participants—professors, students, and members of the international staff—gathered in Tours. Coming from Iraq, Hong Kong, East and Central Africa, Argentina, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Canada, and every region of France, they spent several days sharing their research, experiences, cultures, and, above all, a genuine spirit of friendship.
Together, they embodied what makes Domuni Universitas unique: an academic community open to the universal, Catholic in the original sense of the term, where the diversity of cultures enriches the pursuit of truth.
The impact of this week extended far beyond Tours. The conferences were followed live by 542 participants. Since being made available online, they have already attracted 14,516 unique visitors, generating a total of 17,023 views.
I warmly thank the faculty members, students, speakers, and all the teams whose commitment made this International Summer School possible.
